Ryan Kalt

Chairman & CEO

Mr. Kalt is an experienced executive who has founded and built a number of significant private and publicly-traded companies. He previously served as the CEO of Gold Royalties Corporation, which was publicly-traded until its acquisition by Sandstorm Gold. He serves on the board of directors for a number of publicly-listed and privately-held corporations. Mr. Kalt holds a B. Comm. (Honours) from Queen's University, an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario, an LL.M. in Natural Resources, Energy and Environment Law from the University of Calgary and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
Antonio Carteri

Director

Mr. Carteri is a Professional Geoscientist registered in Saskatchewan with over 18 years of experience in resource exploration. He has significant hardrock expertise involving precious and base metals including with companies such as Hudbay Minerals, Claude Resources, Osisko Gold, Goldshore Resources and Dolly Varden Silver. Mr. Carteri holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Regina.
Nicholas Koo

CFO & Director

Nicholas Koo, CPA, CA brings significant experience in financial reporting roles covering many industries including junior mining, building materials and high-tech. He is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia. Nicholas started his career at a mid-sized accounting firm providing accounting, consulting, audit and tax services to publicly traded and private entities. He has also gained industry experience in a public company which is one of the largest distributors of building materials and home renovation products in North America, represented nationally across Canada and regionally in the Western United States. Mr. Koo is a Partner at SHIM & Associates LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants with a primary focus on business advisory, corporate consulting and regulatory filings both in the United States and Canada.
Dong Shim

Corporate Controller & Director

Mr. Shim has led a successful accounting and finance career in both the US and Canada. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the team with his expertise in auditing publicly-traded junior mining and high-tech companies. He is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and a Certified Public Accountant registered in the State of Illinois (United States). Through SHIM & Associates LLP, Mr. Shim serves as an audit partner on numerous audit engagements for various publicly-traded companies, primarily focused on the junior mining, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and high-tech sectors. Mr. Shim has also assisted numerous start-up companies achieve public listings on the TSX Venture Exchange, the Canadian Securities Exchange and the OTC Market.
Brian Hearst

Director

Mr. Hearst is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in the resource industry, including 15 years as a Chief Financial Officer of junior and senior public companies. He currently acts in a financial advisory capacity for emerging entities in the resource industry and prior thereto was the Chief Financial Officer of Canacol Energy Ltd., a publicly traded oil and gas company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. Hearst is an experienced leader in corporate governance and serves on the board of directors for a number of publicly traded companies.
